Welcome to Lake County Mobile DNA Testing. By scheduling services, submitting samples, or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our services.

Lake County Mobile DNA Testing offers DNA testing services, including but not limited to paternity, maternity, siblingship, immigration, avuncular, grandparentage, twin zygosity, drug and alcohol testing, and genetic wellness panels. Services are performed in partnership with accredited laboratories and are intended for informational or legal use, depending on the type of test selected.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when scheduling services, completing forms, and submitting samples. We are not responsible for delays or inaccurate results caused by incomplete, false, or misleading information.

• Legal Tests provide results suitable for court or government agencies and require verified sample collection.
   
• Informational Tests are for personal knowledge only and are not legally admissible.
  It is the client’s responsibility to select the correct type of test.
   

All test results are kept confidential and are released only to the tested parties or authorized individuals, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

• Payment is due at the time of scheduling or collection unless otherwise arranged.
   
• We accept credit/debit card, cash, and Zelle. Payment plans may be available.
   
• All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
   

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of test:

• Legal Casework: Approximately 2 business days.
   
• Informational Casework: Approximately 1 business day.
  Delays may occur if samples are incomplete, non-standard, or additional information is required.
   

• Results are based on the samples provided. We are not responsible for tampered, contaminated, or misidentified samples.
   
• DNA testing cannot guarantee 100% exclusion of unrelated individuals in rare cases but does provide industry-standard levels of certainty.
   
• We are not liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by clients, courts, or agencies based on test results.
   

By using our services, you agree to:

• Cooperate with sample collection procedures.
   
• Ensure all tested parties are present and provide consent, as required.
   
• Confirm eligibility requirements for legal or immigration testing before scheduling.
   

Lake County Mobile DNA Testing and its affiliates shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, or legal disputes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Illinois courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
